By using Eezy you do not have to become an employer while employing household work
Household cleaning, gardening, apartment renovation, IT-installations, etc., – Many homes have work which is not done for different reasons, but can be done by someone else. Still, few want the role of an employer by completing the household work. Salary payment, insurances, pension insurance payments, annual reports, etc. obligations can be avoided by employing a service provider working through Eezy. You will pay the salary with one invoice and Eezy will take care of the rest.
You can choose the service provider and directly agree on the details, total price and payment conditions. You can agree on an hourlyrate, a lump sum or a sales commission. Additionally, you can agree that work related expenses are invoiced, such as travel expenses, materials and tools. You can apply the tax credit for the household expenses under tax authorities’ conditions after a paid invoice.
How it works
Before the assignment the service provider shall register to our service. Accident insurance and liability insurance are valid only after registration.
After the work or certain stage of work we will send you an invoice. The sum is the same as you agreed with the service provider. We do not add any expenses to the total price.
After we have received the payment, we will pay the service provider’s salary. The salary is calculated from the invoicing price after VAT deduction, our service fee, accident insurance, employer’s mandatory costs and withhold tax. We will pay the salary to the service provider’s account without any delay.
