In October, we are celebrating our new customer service desks, we’re going to ask you about our overall performance, and we want to encourage you to spread the word about us to your friends!
So, how you think we doing?
Customer satisfaction surveys are here. It’s not enough for us just to get by. We want you to receive the best service there is. We also want to develop and produce the kind of services that you specifically need. We’re going to start collecting feedback regularly during the different stages of our service and most likely, you will also receive a survey to your email. If you have a few minutes to spare please, give us your feedback, as it is the only way for us to improve.
Recommend Eezy – make money!
When you recommend Eezy to your friends, colleagues, neighbours, or even to your gig employees, you will directly earn money from each new Eezy user, and also the new user will receive a 25€ benefit for joining us. You will obtain a recommending reward (120-180€) when the new user’s VAT-free invoicing exceeds 500€.
