Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Osk (hereinafter ”organizer” )

Eligibility

To participate in the draw, a person has to like Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Osk’s page on Facebook and comment the draw post between January 10th and January 14th, 2022. -> January 10th and January 19th, 2022. (Extended participation period) Participation in the draw requires 18 years of age. All natural persons living in Finland can participate in the draw. Employees of companies that participated in the planning and implementation of the draw or their family members cannot participate in the draw.

You can participate in the draw between January 10th and January 14th, 2022. -> January 10th and January 19th, 2022. (Extended participation period)

You can enter the draw on the Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Facebook page.

Prizes and draw

A winner will be drawn among all participants and will receive Puskurityö book written by Pia Klemetti (value 45 €). The winner will be drawn no later than January 14th, 2022 -> January 19th, 2022 and will be notified in person.

Reporting and redeeming winnings

The winner will receive information from the organizer about the win on the draw day. The organizer will not reimburse the prize if its delivery is prevented due to incorrect contact information provided by the participant. The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. The prize will not be exchanged for cash or other items.

Responsibilities and rights of the organizer

Participants in the draw will exempt the organizer and any other partners from any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participating in the competition or using the prize. The liability of the organizer of the draw does not exceed the value of the prize mentioned in the rules. The organizer is not responsible for any problems or obstacles due to technical reasons for participating in the draw or receiving the prize.

Participants in the draw agree to abide by these rules of the draw. The organizer has the right to remove a participant from the draw if the participant does not follow the rules and conditions of the draw.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the draw during its period of validity. Changes will be announced on the draw page.
