Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Osk (hereinafter ”organizer” )

Eligibility

To participate in the competition, a person has to had registered and identified on Eezy Kevytyrittäjät Osk’s online service and had asked others to join Eezy Kevytyrittäjät using his/her referral code between August 1st and August 31st, 2022. Only those new Eezy Light Entrepreneurs who registered through referrals and confirmed their identity during August are included in the competition.

Participation in the competition requires 18 years of age. All natural persons living in Finland can participate in the competition. Employees of companies that participated in the planning and implementation of the competition or their family members cannot participate in the competition.

Participation period

You can participate in the competition between August 1st and August 31st, 2022.

Entry

You can enter the competition on the Eezy Kevytyrittäjät online service and sharing forward your referral code.

The winner and the prizes

The winner of the competition is the one who has collected the most new registered Eezy Light Entrepreneurs through referral codes between 1st and 31st of August 2022. Only those new Eezy Light Entrepreneurs who registered through referrals and confirmed their identity during August are included in the competition. The winner of the competition wins the service fees for the rest of the year, i.e. can invoice through Eezy Kevytyrittäjät without a service fee from 1st of September to 31st of December 2022. Possible additional services are charged normally. The winner of the competition will be announced on September 1st and will be notified of the win in person.

Reporting and redeeming winnings

The winner will receive information from the organizer about the win immediately after the competition ends. The organizer will not reimburse the prize if its delivery is prevented due to incorrect contact information provided by the participant. The prize will not be exchanged for cash or other items.

Responsibilities and rights of the organizer

Participants in the draw will exempt the organizer and any other partners from any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participating in the competition or using the prize. The liability of the organizer of the draw does not exceed the value of the prize mentioned in the rules. The organizer is not responsible for any problems or obstacles due to technical reasons for participating in the draw or receiving the prize.

Participants in the draw agree to abide by these rules of the draw. The organizer has the right to remove a participant from the draw if the participant does not follow the rules and conditions of the draw.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the draw during its period of validity. Changes will be announced on the draw page.
